UNDERWATER FITNESS
Our pool workouts are inspired by XPT (Extreme Performance Training). These workouts are ideal for recovery days due to the low impact on the joints. They will push you out of your comfort zone as you challenge yourself in a new environment. Our pool workouts will help you to learn how to use your breath to control your mental state, while also improving your breathing mechanics.
