We also take advantage of building mental resilience and learning how to mitigate the emotional stress response, which can transcend outside of these recovery sessions and provide useful tools when facing stressful situations in daily life.

Cold Water Immersion is a form of cold water therapy, which improves the natural recovery process of the human body. A well-known type of Cold Water Immersion, is taking ice baths or cold showers. Cold Water Immersion is a greatway to activate the body’s natural healing powers, and to make it able to relieve symptoms of various medical conditions. When practiced on a regular basis, the positive effects of exposure to cold last even longer. Over time, Cold Water Immersion improves your blood circulation, reduces muscle inflammation and soreness, relieves stress and anxiety, boosts immune system response and facilitates fat loss.
Our pool workouts are inspired by XPT (Extreme Performance Training). These workouts are ideal for recovery days due to the low impact on the joints. They will push you out of your comfort zone as you challenge yourself in a new environment. Our pool workouts will help you to learn how to use your breath to control your mental state, while also improving your breathing mechanics.
