    • Certified coaching: 45 minute Guided breathwork, safety briefing, and cold/heat protocols (Wim Hof certified).

    • Equipment:

      • 2 single person ice baths with 160 pounds of ice per ice bath

      • Mobile wood-fired sauna (seats 6-8)

      • Optional Add-ons and Upgrades: Extra ice, extra ice baths, group size ice bath

    • Operations: Delivery, setup, facilitation and breakdown.

    • Formats: 2-3 hour experience;  up to 30 participants (2-3 cold/heat rotation).
